Is the 3-D landscape consultation free?
Yes. The consultation and the proposal are free, and 3-D renderings are included on landscape design projects. You see the design and the itemized price before anything is built.
What is a 3-D landscape rendering?
A 3-D landscape rendering is a picture of your property with the new design in place: the plants, palms, decorative rock, turf, pavers and lighting shown where they will go. It lets an owner, a board or a property manager approve the finished look instead of trying to read a flat plan.
Can you renovate an existing landscape instead of starting over?
Yes. Many renovations keep the healthy trees, palms and hardscape and replace what has declined around them. The site walk is where we sort out what stays and what goes, and the rendering shows the result.
Do you work with HOA boards, condo associations and property managers?
Yes, community and commercial properties are a large part of our work. The rendering gives the board one clear picture to vote on, the itemized proposal is ready for a board packet, and we can issue a certificate of insurance naming the association and its management company.
