Armando Sariol founded Top Green in 2015 with a simple belief: commercial properties deserve a landscape partner who shows up, communicates and holds one standard across the whole property. Based in Pembroke Pines, Top Green now serves HOAs, condo communities, apartments and commercial properties across 40+ municipalities in Broward and Miami-Dade.

There were long days, tired feet, and plenty of uncertainty. But there was also laughter, teamwork, and an unbreakable bond. We weren’t just starting a business—we were building a legacy for our family and a service we could be proud to offer our community.

The work runs from scheduled maintenance, uniformed crews mowing, edging and detailing communities week after week, to full landscape design and installation. Design projects start with a 3-D rendering, so your board sees the finished landscape and approves it before a single plant goes in.

And then there’s the work few crews can do: modular artificial-turf systems delivered and installed on rooftops, balconies and amenity decks high above Miami, engineered for wind and drainage and groomed so they stay flawless.
